Meet Tasch!
Hi! My name is Natascha Malta (Tasch), and I have lived most of my life with chronic pain and health conditions, including fibromyalgia. I understand that living with pain and fatigue can be complicated. I hope to create an environment where my patients feel safe to unmask and fully relax, and I work with my patients to provide treatment that feels good to receive.
I got into yoga as a teen, and loved it because it felt more accessible to me than many other types of movement I had tried. I had tried every sport as a kid, and failed at all of them. I was attracted to the fact that at its core, yoga is breath and connection to the body. I thought to myself that even if I can’t do all the shapes, I can do that! I believe yoga has so many lessons that apply both on and off the mat. With my classes I aim to create an environment where beginner students feel supported, and where the goal is quality of breath and movement over Instagrammable poses.
